Subject	Needing a COMPLEAT Paint Preping write up

Message	Im getting my z repainted and i really need help with Preping ... and what not, any tips on sanding the z would be great (type of sand paper, Grit, etc) ... it's the first time i've ever done anything like this so i need ALL the info i can get. thanks!!
